Hilton Head MLK Committee for Justice Memorial March, Program and Fellowship Luncheon
Memorial March 10:00am (High School Parking Lot)
Community members are invited to participate in the annual MLK Memorial March, a symbolic walk honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The march will begin and end at Hilton Head High School, serving as a visible expression of unity, remembrance, and continued commitment to equality and justice.
Memorial Program 11:00am (Hilton Head High School Seahawk Cultural Center)
Immediately following the march, the MLK Memorial Program will feature a community choir, keynote speaker, and special guest presentations. The program will also include the presentation of the MLK Community Service Award, recognizing individuals who exemplify Dr. King’s values through service and leadership.
Fellowship Luncheon 12:30pm (Hilton Head High School Cafeteria)
The Fellowship Luncheon provides an opportunity for attendees to gather, reflect, and connect following the memorial program. Community members are invited to share a meal together while continuing conversations inspired by the day’s events and Dr. King’s enduring message.
