On Saturday, March 21, 2026, our community will come together at beautiful Shelter Cove Park for the Hilton Head Island MS Walk in support of Jessica Holmes and the millions of individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis.

This isn’t just a walk — it’s a movement.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain and between the brain and body.
