ROOTS & RIVERS FESTIVAL EMPOWERING BLACQUITY
The Roots & Rivers Festival is an annual celebration of culture, community, creativity, and entrepreneurship in the Lowcountry. Held at Oyster Factory Park in Bluffton, the festival brings together local artisans, Black-owned businesses, food vendors, musicians, and families for an afternoon of entertainment and connection. Attendees can enjoy live music, cultural experiences, shopping opportunities, food trucks, a Kid Zone, and community engagement activities while supporting local entrepreneurs and celebrating the rich heritage of the region. The festival serves as a vibrant gathering space that highlights the economic and cultural contributions of Black businesses and creators throughout the Lowcountry.
